Kent State University is offering special expertise and resources to high school students attending Akron Public Schools to include immersive opportunities with the university’s fashion, arts and architecture programs. The announcement was made May 16 as Akron Public Schools was named a Ford Next Generation Learning (NGL) community in a ceremony at the National Inventors Hall of Fame STEM Middle School in downtown Akron.  Kent State University at Tuscarawas is announcing the signing of an Athens High School graduating senior to their wrestling team. On May 12, Holden Macy signed a Letter of Intent to wrestle for the Kent State Tuscarawas Golden Eagles Wrestling Team. Macy was a four-year letter winner for the Bulldogs wrestling team.
