Scheduling Exam Appointments in SAS
- Log in to Access KSU using your FlashLine user name and password.
- On your Dashboard, select "Alternative Testing" under the "Accommodations" tab in the left menu.
- From the drop-down menu titled "Select Course," choose the course for which you need to schedule an exam. Click "Schedule an Exam."
- In the "Exam Request" section, select the type of exam, the date and time your class is scheduled to take the exam, and any accommodations you require.
Sending Course Accommodation Letters (CALs)
- Log in to Access KSU using your FlashLine user name and password.
- On your Dashboard, go to the "Accommodation Request" section and select "Add Requests." Choose each course where you want to use accommodations and click "Continue to Next Step."
- Select the accommodations you would like to use in each course. Click "Submit Request" to send your accommodation letters to your instructor's Kent State email address.
Combined Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree Program Form - Current Student
Combined Bachelor’s and Master’s degree program students are students who are pursuing their first Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree concurrently during a semester. To be considered for full federal financial aid eligibility, students must submit a Combined Bachelor’s/Master's Degree Program form. This form must be retrieved from your Graduate Coordinator and submitted to the Financial, Billing and Enrollment Center.
