Kent State University welcomes Dr. Lisa Dannemiller as the new Interim Chief University Physician at University Health Services. Dannemiller is a board-certified internist practicing medicine in local communities and hospitals since 1995.
She joined KSU UHS in 2012 and became the Interim Chief University Physician in July of 2019. Dannemiller received a bachelor of science degree in pharmacy, as well as her medical degree, from The Ohio State University.
Her internal medicine residency was completed at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Besides providing medical care to the Kent State Community, Dr. Dannemiller enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with family, friends and her golden retriever.
