Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Kent State University's Center for Public Health Preparedness laboratorian training program will be accessible to deaf and hard of hearing laboratorians.

Use of signing avatar and closed captioning services will assist laboratorians who are deaf or hard of hearing with training sessions. Please check back for upcoming training opportunities.

GERMS 101 - see newly developed ASL signs created by our collaborators at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf, Rochester, NY. Curricula using these signs, for the deaf and hard of hearing are being developed--coming soon!
