Kent State Board Endorses New Structure for Academic Colleges, Establishes Three New Majors

The Kent State University Board of Trustees met March 19 on the Kent Campus for its regular quarterly meeting. Among its actions, the Board endorsed the Division of Academic Affairs’ plan for degree-granting colleges called Transformation 2028.

Governor Names Gregory White and Abygail Deemer to Kent State Board of Trustees

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine has appointed two new trustees to the Kent State University Board of Trustees. DeWine named Gregory White, J.D., of Concord Township, Ohio, to a nine-year term as trustee and Abygail Deemer of Warren, Ohio, to a two-year term as an undergraduate student trustee.
