Porthouse Season Concludes with "Altar Boyz," July 29 - August 15

Porthouse Theatre's 2021 Season concludes with "Altar Boyz," running July 29 – August 15, 2021. "Altar Boyz" is directed by Porthouse producing artistic director Terri Kent, choreographed by Martín Céspedes, and music directed by Jonathan Swoboda.

Subscriptions and tickets are on sale now via phone at 330-672-3884 or online at www.porthousetheatre.com. All subscriptions will be sold as Flex Subscriptions at a discounted rate of $75. All tickets in the Center, Left Center, and Right Center sections will be sold at a flat rate of $35 per ticket. All tickets in the House Left and House Right sections will be sold at a flat rate of $30 per ticket.  Porthouse Theatre is located adjacent to Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, OH at 3143 O'Neil Rd. 

With book by Kevin del Aguina, music and lyrics by Gary Adler and Michael Patrick Walker, and concept by Marc Kessler and Ken Davenport, "Altar Boyz" is a foot-stomping, rafter-raising musical comedy about a ficticious Christian boy band on the last night of their 'Raise the Praise' tour.

Porthouse Theatre's production of "Altar Boyz" features Elijah Lee King as Matthew, Brandon Schumacker as Mark, Evan Waggoner as Luke, Antonio Emerson Brown as Juan, and Devin Pfeiffer as Abraham.

The "Altar Boyz" production team includes costume design by Michelle Hunt Souza, lighting design by Jason Potts, scenic design by Ben Needham, sound design by Parker Strong, prop management by Travis Daniel Williams, and technical direction by Devin Gallo. Tom Humes is the production stage manager and Dylan Ratell is the assistant director and assistant to the choreographer.

"BKLYN the Musical" is produced by special arrangement Concord Theatricals.
