Crafting Effective and Persuasive Emails
In this program, participants will learn to craft effective, professional emails using clear, concise messaging. Additionally, the program will prepare participants to write more persuasively to garner stronger open and response rates.
Upon conclusion, participants will have a strong grasp of writing with audience awareness in mind, whether it be for a technical or non-technical audience.
Note that Kent State will request email samples for the facilitator to review to ensure the tailored program focuses on the participant needs in the workplace.
