Speech Pathology and Audiology Accreditation
The master's and doctoral education programs in Speech Pathology and Audiology at Kent State University are accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA) of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) through Feb. 2025.
About ASHA & CAA
ASHA is the national professional, scientific, and credentialing association for professionals in the speech-language pathology and audiology professions. CAA is a semi-autonomous body within ASHA that accredits audiology and speech-language pathology programs. Here at Kent State, CAA accredits the master's and doctoral education programs on an eight-year cycle.
