The "Stress Management That Works" webinar series, accessible from any device with internet access, will help you to become more aware of when you are feeling stressed, as well as some easy-to-apply techniques and strategies on how to cope with the stressors in your life.

Though Session 1 was previously held, you may still register and participate in Sessions 2 and 3. During Session 2 on Wednesday, March 8, at 10 a.m., we will dive deeper into understanding stress and discuss why there is a need to have stress in our lives, good and bad types of stress and counter-productive coping strategies. We will discuss how to find the motivation to change and the stages of change to help you be more successful in managing your stress.

In Session 3 on Tuesday, March 21, at 10 a.m., we will learn how to form an action plan and become solution-focused in tackling stress. Finally, we will discuss how to make stress management a part of daily life by building time-management skills.
