What to Expect

  • Services can be offered individually or in a group. The program is by request, so staff can serve groups, people that want to quit together or can offer 1:1 services to individuals. We can come to you, offer the program at the WellHub or in a private space.
  • The program is most effective taking place over 8 sessions in 7 weeks.
  • The first part of the program is dedicated to developing a quit plan which will include learning about the chain of addiction, our patterns for nicotine use, how to incorporate lifestyle changes and stress management.
  • You will pick a quit day and line up social support and tools for helping you quit.
  • The second part of the program is dedicated to “staying quit” where you will review and refine your strategies for avoiding relapses and slips.
