Guest Passes
Guest Pass
- KSU Students: KSU students do not receive any free guest passes.
- Faculty/Staff and Community: Faculty/staff and community members with a minimum semester long membership receive two free guest passes per semester to use at any time. After the two free guest passes are used, a member may sponsor in guests at the rates listed below.
- Guests ages 18 and older must have a valid government ID (drivers license, passport, military ID, state-issued ID, etc.)

Punch Pass
Available for guests that use the facility infrequently. These passes do not come with full membership privileges (ex. program discounts). The punches do not expire, and they may only be used by the guest to which they are assigned. Passes can be purchased in increments of five punches.

Storage Solutions
Rental Lockers
Rental lockers (including ADA accessible) are available and also include complimentary towel service for the duration of the rental. Members will be notified in advance of their expiration date and must renew or clean out their locker no later than one week after expiration. If a locker is left to expire, any remaining contents will be removed, and the items will be stored. Hygiene items (soap, shampoo, hairbrushes, etc.) may be thrown away. All unclaimed items are considered abandoned property and will be donated after 6 weeks from the date the locker was cleaned out. Please stop by the Member Services Desk or call 330-672-0482 for more information.

Discounts are available for any locker rental. (See Discounts)
Monthly auto-debit and payroll deduction locker charges are required to be paid during any membership freeze period if you wish to retain your locker. If you do not want to pay your monthly charge during your freeze period, your locker rental will be canceled.
Day-use Lockers
Free day-use lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Members may provide their own lock, check one out for free or purchase a lock at the Member Services Desk. It is strongly recommended that members lock these lockers. Recreation and Wellness Services is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Locks must be removed before exiting. Locks left on overnight will be cut off and contents will be removed.
Storage Cubbies
Storage cubbies are located throughout the facility for those who prefer to keep belongings within reach. The use of cubicles is completely free. Please do not leave belongings on the floor in any area of the SRWC. Recreation and Wellness Services is not held responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Towel Service
Members who have paid for the towel service, or have towel service included as part of their locker rental, may receive up to two bath towels and one personal towel per visit. Towel service is only for the member that has paid for the service and not for companions or dependents that have not specifically paid for the service themselves.
If you need a new towel, turn in the used towel and you will be given a fresh one. Towels are checked out using your membership card at the Member Services Desk. Towel service is available to all patrons including guests. Please stop by the Member Services Desk to purchase this service.

Equipment Issue
Recreational equipment is available to borrow at the Member Services Desk. Any member may borrow equipment by presenting their membership card. Damaged or unreturned equipment will be billed to the member. Patrons are responsible for lost or damaged equipment. Equipment not returned within two weeks of being checked out will be considered lost, and the participant will be responsible for the equipment replacement cost. Replacement or repair cost for damaged equipment is at the discretion of the Recreation and Wellness Services staff.

Parking Options
Parking is available during the week by permit only. Parking Services does not ticket on the weekends, starting on Friday at 6 p.m. Permits are the responsibility of the participant and are not included in non-annual memberships. Parking Services patrols the parking lot regularly and Recreation and Wellness Services has no authority over the issuance of tickets. Parking Permits
Members may choose to purchase a “REC” permit on a monthly or annual basis. Either one can be purchased at the Pro Shop. “REC” permits are not available to students or faculty/staff. Hourly parking tickets are available from the self-serve dispensers.

Self-Service Kiosk and Parking App
There is a self-service kiosk outside the SRWC that offers parking passes for $1.25 an hour.
Also, you can pay with the Passport Parking App. Zone 33014 is the SRWC.

Accessibility Services
The SRWC is designed to meet the needs of any member. Most equipment is ADA accessible and with a few modifications, can easily be used from a wheelchair. Additionally, we offer a free orientation to those wishing to learn how to safely use our equipment. Our leisure pool is equipped with a zero depth entry ramp (plus a water wheelchair) and our lap pool has a chair lift for wheelchair bound members. Two Universal, accessible private locker rooms are available in the Natatorium.
For those members who require an aide’s assistance, we offer complimentary access to the facility when in the presence of a member. Please stop at the Member Services Desk for details.
