Nicole Kotlan has been appointed as the NASPA Orientation, Transition, and Retention Knowledge Community (OTRKC) Awards Coordinator!
Nicole will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the operations and logistics of annual awards.
- Communicating with the National Office about the annual awards nomination process and coordinating the timing of the awards selection process to meet relevant national deadlines.
- Developing a marketing plan to advertise the awards process and solicit nominations from individuals across the Region.
