David Hassler, director of Kent State’s Wick Poetry Center, attended a meeting of poetry organizations from across the U.S. at the Lannan Foundation in Santa Fe, New Mexico, from Nov. 5-7. The meeting addressed how the organizations can make poetry more visible, as well as how to garner new supporters for the art form.
