Kendall Myers has spent the past several years studying creatures that are easy to overlook. At only about 3 millimeters long, ambrosia beetles are tiny enough to fit on the tip of a finger. Kent State University began the 2026-2027 academic year with new leadership for its Regional Campus System and College of Applied and Technical Studies (CATS). Angela Spalsbury, Ph.D., has been named interim associate vice president for the Regional Campus System, while Brad Bielski, Ph.D., has been named interim dean of CATS.
