At Kent State University, we want to honor the celebration of our Native American and Indigenous culture by developing a calendar encompassing all the university events that are relevant to Native American Heritage Month. As you all are probably aware, we now use the Native American Heritage Month website to promote the list of events occurring at Kent State. This website allows us to share the most up-to-date information, even if details for events change.
The Native American Heritage Month Planning Committee is welcoming university divisions, departments and student organizations to begin submitting their programming, activities and events to the University Events Calendar to be featured on the Native American Heritage Month Website.
How to submit
- Submit your events to the University Events Calendar
- Under “Help People Connect,” select the category Signature Programs and select the topic Native American Heritage Month to ensure it is featured on the Native American Heritage Month Website.
