Join us on Tuesday, Oct. 24, from noon to 1 p.m. for a walk and talk led by the Kent State University Grounds department to explore the fall foliage as the trees and shrubs continue to turn and change color.
Walk and talks are a great opportunity to get some exercise, meet your co-workers and learn and see more of the beautiful campus. Each walk and talk is worth 10 wellness points, with this one counting towards your 2017 total for those participating in the Wellness Your Way incentive program.
Participants should plan to meet at noon at the black squirrel statue between the University Library and the Kent Student Center. The walk will begin promptly at 12:10 p.m. and last about 35-40 minutes. No registration is required. Comfortable shoes are encouraged.
If you have questions, you may contact Kim Hauge, director for employee wellness, at 330-672-7505 or wellness@kent.edu.
