Lunch and Learn: March Madness Without the Guilt - March 15

Watch parties with finger-friendly foods, like piping hot pizza, crunchy potato chips, spicy chicken wings and a plethora of dips, are staples of college basketball in the spring. Fortunately, there are ways to slim down some of your favorite March Madness meals without sacrificing taste.

In this cooking demo, to be held March 15 from noon-1 p.m. in Heer Hall, Room 107, you will learn easy ways to prepare healthy and delicious versions of popular appetizers. These crowd-pleasing recipes will let you enjoy the game and the food minus the guilt. Our Be Well dietician and team members will answer questions and share samples.

Our lunch and learn is open to all faculty and staff; however, space is limited and registration is required.  A light lunch will be provided to all participants in addition to the recipe sampling.
