SRWC Wellness Workshop: Managing Stress for a Healthier and Happier Life

Fixating on that proposal due by the end of the week? Fuming over a nerve-racking morning commute? Acknowledge National Stress Awareness Month by becoming familiar with the factors related to stress and how to practice stress management for a healthier and happier life.

On Thursday, April 13, from 5:30-6:30 p.m., the Student Recreation and Wellness Center will host Managing Stress for a Healthier and Happier Life. This workshop will cover stress management education and finish with a meditation/mindfulness practice. Employees participating in the Wellness Your Way incentive plan also can earn 10 Wellness Your Way Tier 2 points. Faculty and staff should make sure they sign in on the attendance sheet at the workshop for their Wellness Your Way credit.

Please meet in the Student Recreation and Wellness Center Seminar Room A. Space is limited for this workshop, and registration is required
