With supervisor approval, student employees may apply to the Student Leader Cohort program, a year-long leadership development experience designed to strengthen leadership skills and confidence within their student employment roles. Participants will reflect on their experiences, take part in leadership development activities with other like-minded RecWell student employees, and deliver presentations that highlight their learning. Applications open in the summer and are due around the start of the new academic year. The program begins in early September. Students accepted into the program receive a $0.25/hour pay increase, with an additional $0.50/hour increase awarded upon successful completion at the end of the academic year.
