For a half-century, Kent State alumnus Tom Batiuk has penned the adventures of the students and staff of the fictional Westview High School, but now, "Funky Winkerbean" is coming to an end. Kent State Today sat down with Batiuk to talk about his life's journey as a comic strip writer.
