Students can receive free climbing instruction Monday and Tuesday evenings at the Warren Student Recreation and Wellness Center. 

Last Friday, students got a guided tour of the Herrick Conservatory,  home to diverse and exotic greenery on the Kent Campus.

Every Friday, the Kent State community can come together to create poetry and share a more vulnerable side of themselves at the Wick Poetry Center. The Wick Weekly poetry writing workshop brings students together to help develop them as poets and create a community of creatives.

Kent State University has received a five-year renewal of the the McNair Program grant. This program helps put first-generation students, like Brian Johnson, Destiny Ezeliora and Imani Reynolds on the path to doctoral degrees.
