IN A FLASH: Giving Blood Helps Support Kent State Students

Vitalant is having a blood drive from 1-6 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 20 and Thursday, Sept. 21 at Kent State University. Donation stations will be set up in the seminar rooms of the Beverly J. Warren Student Recreation and Wellness Center on the Kent Campus.

Your donation helps in two ways. Vitalant supplies blood and blood products to over 900 hospitals in 28 states. Plus, all gifts of blood count toward Vitalant scholarships for Kent State students.

Appointments will be taken before walk-ins and a photo ID is required. To sign up, visit Vitalant.org and click the Donate Now button in the top right corner. Scroll to the bottom and enter Group code:U5025
