The doctoral and masters (Au.D. and M.A.) education programs in audiology and speech-language pathology at Kent State University are accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA) of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), 2200 Research Boulevard #310, Rockville, Maryland 20850, 800-498-2071 or 301-296-5700.
All students receiving a graduate degree from our programs and who complete the necessary practicum are eligible for the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from ASHA and qualify for Ohio licensure. Our faculty is distinguished by its numerous clinical and scientific publications, as well as by its current clinical and research involvement.
