Internships

Internships can be performed in any emerging media and technology field or interest, as long as the job is involved in an area within the profession like: Data Analytics, Information Technologies, Digital Media, User Experience Design, Web Design and/or Development, Information Security, Network Design, Application Development, Project Management or Digital Design.

Internships for academic credit must meet these criteria: 

  • The job is in the student's major area of study
  • The job involved working in a staff (rather than freelance) capacity
  • The student will be guided or mentored by a professional(s)
  • The student will be performing work relevant to the field of emerging media and technology
