Students interested in studying emerging media and technology at Kent State can select one of the prospective student visit options offered by the College of Communication and Information. These visits give students and parents the opportunity to learn about all we offer in a small-group setting.

Emerging Media and Technology Walk and Talk Tours
Tour with the school director
Discover how our programs help you tech up to meet the challenges of technological developments so you can succeed in your future career. During this session, you will also gain insights into the industry, receive valuable advice and learn about the various career paths available.
These sessions are available all year, scheduled at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesdays.
For parking on the day of your Walk and Talk Tour:
- Download and print your parking pass.
- Place it on your dashboard the day of your visit, OR -
- You can stop in the EMAT office the day of your visit and pick up a parking pass that we will provide for you to place on your dashboard

Planning Your Visit
The tour with the school director lasts around one hour. When you arrive, park on R-1 (link below) and come to our main office (334) on the third floor to collect your parking pass.
