Emily Vanicek

Emily attended the University of Mount Union, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Art in public health, and Kent State University, where she received a Master of Education in higher education administration and student personnel with a certificate in career advising. Prior to studying at Kent State, she volunteered as an AmeriCorps member through Northeast Ohio Medical University.

Emily also worked as a graduate assistant in the Career Development Office at Stark State College for two years during her graduate studies. Her experience in career services allows her to aid students in career selection and planning processes, and she remains an advocate for experiential learning opportunities. Emily was born and raised in Northeast Ohio.
