Sue Yoder
Biography
Sue Hershberger Yoder is a fashion textile designer and fine artist who earned her M.F.A. in Printmaking at Syracuse University, and her M.A. in Printmaking at NYU. She teaches fashion design and technology at Kent State University and taught previously at the Pacific Northwest College of Art, Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM), and Syracuse University. Her prints for women’s apparel at Nike, BCBG Max Azria, Bebe, Theonne, Thai Nguyen Couture, and Trina Turk have appeared in magazines including Elle, Glamour, InStyle, Interview, Marie Claire, Tennis, Vanity Fair, and Vogue. Before designing prints for the fashion industry, Sue collaborated with renowned printmakers including Robert Blackburn at The Printmaking Workshop and Krishna Reddy at NYU. She continues to exhibit her art and design work widely in solo and group shows.
