Appointment Advising

All International Admissions' appointment availability is located in KSU Advising. Counselors are available to meet in person and virtually based on the schedule below.  These appointments are 15 minutes. 

• If you are turning in transcripts, please make sure ALL of the documents are present (official degree certificate/diploma and transcripts/individual semester mark sheets)
• Please note that you must arrive on time for your appointment.
• Any student showing up later than 10 minutes after the start of their appointment will have to re-schedule.

Phone Advising: During the periods listed above, please call (330) 672-7970 and you will be connected with an International Admissions Counselor. 

Drop-in Advising: Masks are optional for all in-person advising. Drop-in advising will be located in Van Campen Hall, room 106.
