Appointment Advising

Current Students can schedule an appointment using KSU Navigate. Prospective students can email intladm@kent.edu to request an appointment. Counselors are available to meet in person and virtually based on the schedule below.  These appointments are 15 minutes. 

• If you are turning in transcripts, please make sure ALL of the documents are present (official degree certificate/diploma and transcripts/individual semester mark sheets)
• Please note that you must arrive on time for your appointment.
• Any student showing up later than 10 minutes after the start of their appointment will have to re-schedule. 

Walk-in & Phone Advising Schedule

Phone Advising: During the periods listed above, please call (330) 672-7970 and you will be connected with an International Admissions Counselor. 

Drop-in Advising: Drop-in advising will be located in Van Campen Hall, room 106.
