New first year international applicants must finish secondary school in their home country by the time of enrollment to be eligible for university entry. Any student who has already enrolled in any post-secondary (higher education) institution is required to apply as a transfer student.
Kent State is a globally recognized, nationally ranked university. Over 37,000 students are enrolled in our eight campus system including approximately 1,500 international students who represent nearly 100 countries, a higher-than-average percentage compared to other US universities. And thanks to our average faculty-to-student ratio of 20:1, you’ll find support and services are always available.
