Library TechHelp Desk

The Library TechHelp Desk is located on the first floor of the Kent State University Library, next to Starbucks. Our TechHelp employees are available to assist students, faculty, and staff with basic technology issues. 

Support Areas:  

  • Printing
  • Library computers
  • Passwords and login issues
  • Online library resources
  • Virtual Private Network (VPN) access
  • Software issues

Location: 1st floor, Kent State University Library.
