The Library TechHelp Desk is located on the first floor of the Kent State University Library. Look for the Starbucks- we're immediately to the right! Our TechHelp employees are available to assist students, faculty, and staff with basic technology issues.

  • Virtual Private Network (VPN) access
  • Software issues
