Whether you're welcoming students, training staff, mentoring new leaders, or sharing resources with colleagues, a lot of learning can take place outside of the classroom. This session focuses on migrating training and resource "courses" from Blackboard to Canvas. We will focus on how to move content from Blackboard to Canvas, organize materials, and manage access for users.

Microsoft Bookings is a scheduling application in the Microsoft Office 365 suite for appointment scheduling from the customer choice. As the “business owner” availability is presented for customers to schedule appointments.

Microsoft OneNote is a note taking app that is included with Office 365 Apps (Free for Kent State students, faculty and staff) and allows users to create & store notes, drawings, screen clippings and audio commentaries. Feel free to bring your own laptop if Office 365 Apps have been installed on your computer, otherwise lab computers are available for participants to use.
