Ryan Moranelli is an upcoming spring 2021 graduate of the Kent State Honors College. He is also a member of the 2020 induction class of Phi Beta Kappa, the nation’s most prestigious academic honor society, founded in 1776. Moranelli is a political science major with minors in pre-law and psychology. Kent State was always Moranelli’s first choice for his undergraduate education. Nick Potts is an upcoming spring 2021 graduate of the Kent State Honors College. He is a computer science major. Potts said he decided to come to Kent State because of the feeling he got when he stepped on the campus. He considered it a home away from home feeling. Academic challenge was the driving factor behind Potts applying to the Honors College. “I wanted to seize all the opportunities that were thrown my way,” Potts said. Gabriella has been very successful at Kent State, completing an internship and three study away programs.
