The Col. Thomas J. Hogan Endowed Scholarship was established to support students pursuing a degree in Political Science. Col. Hogan graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Political Science in 1956. To be eligible for the scholarship you must be a Kent State University student in their junior year of study majoring in Political Science, with a GPA of at least 3.0 and the demonstration of financial need as determined by the student's FAFSA form. First preference will be given to a student who is an Army ROTC Cadet.
An award in the amount of $1000 will be made in the fall semester. The award may be applied to any of the following costs associated with attending Kent State University: tuition, room and board, fees, and books and supplies.
