Biography

Meghan (she/her) is PhD student in Political Science with a primary concentration in American Politics and Policy and a secondary concentration in Conflict Analysis and Management. Her research interests include immigration and refugee policies in the European Union and United States, right- wing extremism, borders and mobility, and religion and religious conflicts. Her M.A. thesis, "Immigration and Border Crises: Germany and the United States' Responses to Crisis at their Borders," is a policy comparison between Germany's Welcome Culture policies and the United States' policies post-September 11, 2001.
