The Peace Education in an Era of Crisis conference in Rwanda is underway! School of Peace and Conflict Studies faculty and students, as well as other members of the Kent State community and local educators are participating, along with delegates from 14 countries and nine U.S. states. The event runs from July 11 through July 13.
This global conference, focused on promoting peace through education, is organized and sponsored by Kent State University’s School of Peace and Conflict Studies and the Gerald H. Read Center for International and Intercultural Education, the University of Rwanda’s Centre for Conflict Management, and Aegis Trust.
