Career Services
The Career Services office provides support to both students and employers. Students can find internships, explore industry opportunities, and develop professional skills. Employers can find information about coordinating recruitment events to engage with qualified candidates.

Introducing KSU Navigate! KSU Navigate is a new student success platform designed to empower you to achieve your personal goals and academic success. KSU Navigate allows you to schedule and check-in for advising appointments. This new platform replaces the process previously used. KSU Navigate is available to students and staff via browser or the app store (Android and iOS).
Access Career Services via KSU Navigate
Getting started with KSU Navigate is easy. Get the app and Get Started.
- Visit the KSU Navigate website to get started.
- Download the KSU Navigate app for iOS or Android.
- Access KSU Navigate on your mobile device or on a web browser.
- On the kent.edu/ksunavigate website you can view:
- How do I get started and get the app?
- How do I use this new tool (Video to get the app and schedule an appointment)?
- Visit https://kent.navigate.eab.com and log in using your FlashLine credentials.
- Click on “Appointments,” select the “Appointments” tab from the left-hand menu.
- Click “Schedule an Appointment."
- Choose Appointment Details:
- Select “Career Advising”
- Select the career service that best aligns with your current needs.
College of Aeronautics and Engineering Career Services
Schedule an appointment for Internships, Co-ops, or Aeronautics and Engineering career pathways and programs such as:
- Air Traffic Control hiring bids & FAA
- Pilot pathway programs & atypical pilot pathways (Agricultural Applicators, Test Pilots, etc.)
- Any accreditation/testing related to majors/minors from a career prep. perspective
- Suggesting/connecting students with related clubs and networking opportunities unique to the Aeronautics and Engineering industries
