Angelina DiFranco

Angelina DiFranco is an apprentice with the Dancing Wheels Company and a senior dance BFA and English major at Kent State University. Throughout her tenure at Kent State, she has received second place in the Wick Poetry Center’s Undergraduate Poetry Scholarship, the May O’Donnell Memorial Dance Award, and the dance faculty award for outstanding achievement as an emerging artist and dance scholar. She has interned with the Wick Poetry Center, Dance Project’s marketing and social media team, and took part in See Chicago Dance Magazine’s critical writing fellowship. Angelina has been published in See Chicago Dance Magazine, Luna Negra, and Brainchild.
