Applications are accepted two weeks prior to the start and thirty days prior to the end of the term you are enrolled. The original signed application must be submitted to the Financial, Billing and Enrollment Center via the Submit Documents link, or submitted IN PERSON to the Financial, Billing and Enrollment Center, for final approval.
