Jacob Harver

I am an entering PhD student. Transportation, especially in the Western Reserve, is a passion and area of my focus in history and advocacy. The Mahoning Valley has a critical gap to connect the Portage Hike & Bike Trail (going through Kent) to Pittsburgh and the East Coast (just as the old P&O canal served to connect). At the intersection of academia and adventure, in examining place and its expression (through GIS and media).
