Brookhaven National Lab in New York is home to some of the most exciting work in nuclear physics today. Two rising stars from Kent State University, doctoral student Maci Kesler and research scientist Sooraj Radhakrishnan, are on the cutting edge of high-profile scientific research collaborations through Brookhaven that advance our understanding of the universe’s early moments. Saxophonists of all ages and abilities are invited to attend this day-long event of clinics, workshops and performances. Participants will work with our faculty, hear performances and meet fellow saxophonists from around the country.
We are thrilled to welcome students to Kent State University for Flute, Double Reed and Clarinet Day! The event is open to all musicians practicing in flute, double reed or clarinet, regardless of age or ability level. Music Educators are welcome to attend.
