Room Request
Welcome to KSUCPM!
Please note that as a general operating rule, KSUCPM holds its students as its top priority and does not rent space in its building to outside organizations. KSUCPM holds very limited classroom and meeting space and therefore should not be considered a conference center for events. The College kindly suggests directing rental inquiries to the Holiday Inn and Embassy Suites, both immediately adjacent to the KSUCPM campus in Independence, Ohio - offering some of the largest meeting spaces in the greater Cleveland area. KSUCPM is not affiliated with either the Holiday Inn or Embassy Suites.
Please keep the following policies in mind prior to submitting a room request:
- Applicable fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, dependent on additional services that the college deems necessary for each event.
- All room reservation requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of your event. KSUCPM reserves the right to refuse any requests submitted after the two week deadline.
- Requests internal to KSUCPM and organizations specifically supporting podiatry and/or medical education will remain its focus in the rare instance that the building is able to accommodate a room request.
General questions and inquiries regarding KSUCPM facilities and room requests should be directed to Academic Suppoprt at CPMAS@kent.edu .
