Supporting Yourself to Support Your Teaching – Navigating Stress and Avoiding Burnout
We invite all instructors to learn about the spectrum of stress that can lead to burnout, featuring a toolkit of strategies we can use to support ourselves and each other. There will be time to connect in small groups, sharing any strategies that have worked for you, and at the close, we will empower you with applied approaches you can take with you to begin using immediately.
Coffee, tea, and light refreshments will be provided for in-person participants. This in-person and virtual event was not recorded.
