Advising Appointments
To meet with an Education Abroad Advisor, you can schedule an appointment on KSU Advising. If you are just getting started, we recommend watching a recording of the Education Abroad 101 presentation before your appointment.
Questions about using your financial aid to study abroad? Contact Financial Aid at finaideducationabroad@kent.edu. Use KSU Advising to set up an advising appointment or stop by 106 Van Campen Hall every Wednesday from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. for walk-in advising.
Mailing and Document Drop-Off
If you need to drop off documents for your education abroad application, please make prior arrangements with your education abroad advisor before coming to Van Campen Hall. You may also mail your documents to the following address:
