"Communication is key!"

What is your favorite aspect of being an honors advisor?
My favorite part of being an honors advisor is the relationships I build with my students. They are incredibly driven and eager to learn, which is a joy to witness. But what truly makes my role rewarding is learning about who they are beyond their academic achievements. I love hearing about their personal goals and aspirations, their hobbies, the pets they adore and miss from home, their summer travels, the exciting things they discover during internships, and the friends and family they hold dear. These personal touches make each student unique and enrich my experience as an advisor.
