Disc Golf

The Kent State University Disc Golf Course is free and open to the community, students and staff. Disc golf is is a leisure activity for people of all ages and abilities and is played like traditional golf but using a discs instead of a ball and clubs.  The object is to complete each hole in the fewest number of throws (strokes). The course begins outside the main entrance of the Beverly J. Warren Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC), loops around various areas of the recreation corridor and ends back at the SRWC.  The Kent State Climate Grove is part of the course.

Need a disc?  You can rent or purchase discs (drivers, mids and putters) at the Guest Service station at the Welcome Desk.  Cost is $10/disc for purchase and there is no cost for disc rental but a photo ID is required.  There is a $10 fee per disc for any lost or damaged rental disc.
