Kent State University at Stark presents Global Gateway Day, a family-friendly afternoon filled with cultural performances, international food sampling, global games and activities for all ages. The event will take place on Saturday, June 11 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Campus Center at Kent State Stark, 6000 Frank Avenue NW in Jackson Township. The event is free and open to the public. - Live Cultural Performances: Attendees can experience performances by a Ukrainian singer/songwriter, a Chinese traditional vocalist, Nepalese dancers and an African drum and dance tribe.
- Games and Activities: Families can participate in an Origami station, make-your-own rain stick, view the study abroad photo gallery and enjoy the World Landmark photobooth.
