Students and staff from the nursing program at Kent State Salem hosted International Day featuring food, music and displays of several cultures that represent the locations nursing students visited in recent years as part of their study abroad courses.
The countries and cultures highlighted included Japan, Canada, Tanzania, Ghana, Switzerland, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Haiti and the Native American Lakota community from South Dakota.
