Mindy Madzia was selected as Clinical Instructor of the Year by students and staff of the physical therapist assistant program at Kent State East Liverpool. She is a licensed physical therapist assistant with Blue Sky Therapy, working at Lancia Villa Vista Nursing Home in Steubenville, OH and also provides home health therapy services.
As a clinical instructor, Madzia works with PTA students who are placed in the facility as part of their educational experience and training. She recently became the first clinical instructor for Kent State University to take two students from different campuses, this year working with the Ashtabula Campus.
Madzia is a 1997 graduate of the Kent State East Liverpool PTA program and has been with Blue Sky for 14 years. She lives in Cadiz.
