Core Values
In order to accomplish our mission, we ascribe to and incorporate the following Core Values into the decisions we make and the priorities we establish:
Community – We build relationships, assess needs and provide opportunities to get involved and be invested within the community. We promote responsible citizenship and restorative justice so community members can identify their action’s impact and actively work to repair any harm.
Growth and Well-being – We teach students the importance of and provide resources that promote safety, engaged learning, development and well-being. We commit to treat everyone with kindness and to provide opportunities to learn and thrive.
Integrity – We make responsible decisions and use resources efficiently. Our goal is to provide quality services while being trustworthy and credible.
