A recent paper by Dr. Amy Sato, a professor in the Department of Psychological Sciences at Kent State University, and her colleagues focuses on food insecurity among adolescents with larger body sizes, a group which has historically been overlooked in the food insecurity literature. This project represents a collaboration between Dr. Sato’s lab and the Healthy Active Living Program at Akron Children’s Hospital
